What is "Volunteering on Vacation?"
This free program makes it easy to plug into fun and memoralbe volunteer efforts on behalf of Maui's fragile natural environment. It's part of a growing worldwide travel trend.

How much time is required?
Most projects are three hours. Choose from individual activities (done at your convenience), or pre-arranged group activities led by a local expert or naturalist. Some multi-day projects are available at Haleakala National Park.

Does it cost anything?
This program is free. There are no entry fees - even for programs in Haleakala National Park. For some projects, we even provide free transportation from central meeting areas.

Do I need any special skills?
No special skills are needed. Physical exertion ranges from easy to moderate. We provide all tools and training.
